Distance LearningDistance Learning with the Midland School of Childcare offers a very flexible approach in achieving either a FETAC Level 5 or 6 Major Award or component Certificates. MSCC Provides quality Distance Learning courses and are constantly adapting the programmes to meet with the constant changes and demand of the childcare industry. For further information on our Distance Learning courses, please contact the office by phone or e-mail. How does Distance Learning Work:On receipt of your Booking Form and module payment you will receive a phone call from the distance learning co-ordinator outlining the course content and advise you on time management to complete the module at your own pace.
Entry Requirements:The minimum age of entry is 17 years. Some Modules/Courses require experience or a previous qualification. Please see course content for details.
Distance Learning Co-ordinator:MSCC Distance Learning Officer is available during office hours Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm to deal with any administrative, FETAC, or personal queries relating to your Distance Learning Course.
Distance Learning Tutors:MSCC tutors are highly qualified and experienced in the subject matter and receive extensive in house training. Your tutor will be available during certain hours during the week to support and advise you on your academic queries. When undertaking a Distance Learning course, you can contact your tutor via phone or email.
